Over the past months, we’ve been working hard to reach this point. As we continue to improve the app, introduce new features, and support players, teams, and the incredible volunteer community behind grassroots sports, we also need to build a sustainable foundation for growth.

Clava Pro is designed to do exactly that. It enables us to reinvest in product development, scale our impact, and advance our mission long-term. While we know not every user will embrace the change immediately, we’re confident that with clear and transparent communication, our community will understand the reasoning and value behind this step.

Importantly, we’ve preserved all core functionality – Clava remains free for the majority of users. The Pro subscription is aimed at our most engaged and passionate users who want more advanced capabilities and a deeper experience.

Our projections indicate that approximately 5% of active users will adopt the Pro plan over time – and that’s exactly the scale we’re targeting to unlock meaningful recurring revenue while maintaining broad accessibility.
